Sir, I have booked product Moli Premium range of 3 designer Kurtas order No[protected] on 20 Sep 2014. You had delivered same on 25 Sep 2014 which is old stock, low quality and less of Rs.100 coupon. At the same day I had complained to your office for refund Rs. 1799/- against purchase of product Moli Premium range of 3 designer Kurtas vide complaint No.[protected]. Your office staff assured me wait for 24-48 hours for call from complaint section till now I have not received any call for refund Rs. 1799/- from your office. Afterthat I called around 10-12 times and request to transfer my call to with your senior manager straight way refused and busy my phone 25 minutes and given same reply I received and given false answered that mobile no is not reachable. Your company has collected vide Aramox courier of Moli Premium range of 3 designer Kurtas on 05 October 2014 around 1145hrs. Your company assured call me next 48-72hrs for refund of Rs.1799. Still I have not receive any kind of call or message from your side. Hence, I want kindly refund Rs.1799/- in my PNB Account No [protected] as early as possible.

I have registered complaint No[protected] for Refund Rs.1799/- against purchase of product Moli Premium range of 3 designer Kurtas which is old stock and quality is very low standard for this your company has collected my product on 5 October 2014 and assured me company would call me but still I have not received any call or not getting any update from your side. when I called to your company one of your operator said give alternative No, which I have given on 13 October 2014.I have given alternate no [protected]. Still I have not received any response from your side. Kindly reply what procedure I will follow to get my Refund amount Rs.1799/- totally I am frustrated your company's negligence procedure is so lengthy and what is your company intention is full doubtful and refund my amount as early as possible.
