Myself gaurav arora. I had bought a product from homeshop 18. when I bought the product, agent told me that the fabric is pure cotton, but when I received the product, it was of poly cotton. Then I lodged a complaint towards it in customer care.They told me that your amount is totally safe, nd ensured me the said amount will deliVered to you within 7 days.I purchased the product 14th of may and till now I didn't get my amount. so I requested to you take some action regarding this nd make my payment as soon as possible.
