I ordered this product on 4 th sept 2014, even after contacting customer care several times not got any satisfactory reason for delay and the product is not delivered till today i want my amount refunded as early as possible . i also used ticket system for queries regarding order but not got any response from customer care team. My order details as follows. Order number[protected] and sub order number 86808535.

Updated by Pritam Desai HS18 reshipped product on 30/09/2014 but again same results its delayed i requested for refund amount but nobody responding to my request,
i have already submitted my bank statement showing transaction to HS18. Its really embarresing its one month and nine days since my order.
