[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Regarding Ezy Home Foot Spa defect | |||
Dear Customer Care Executive, My order number :[protected]. We have received the Ezy Home Footspa and Dolphin Massager Combo on[protected], the next day we have used the product and found that there are 3 switch options 1.Bubble 2.Heating 3.Heating and Bubble ...The heating doesnt work at all. In the manual given along with the product says that if the heating is switched on for 15 mins the water becomes hot and 20-25 mins the water becomes very hot...but the filled water is at the same temperature even after 30 mins...I Personally wanted this product after watching it on your homeshop18 tv channel as the hot water with bubbles relaxes the feet after long days work. But after experiencing this product i feel that either we have received a defective product or people have been fooled ...I am not expecting any refund but i am expecting a genuine product.
