[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Regarding Ezy Home Foot Spa defect

Dear Customer care, My order number :[protected]. I have received the product ie; Ezy home footspa and dolphin massager combo on 18/09/2014. We have used it the next day and heating does'nt work at all. In the Manual given along with the product shows that if the heating is switched on 15 mins the water becomes hot and if it is on for 20-25 mins if becomes very hot. The temperature(warm) is same even after 30 mins.Either the people are being cheated or i have received a defective peice. I am not expecting any refund but im expecting a replacement(Genuine product).
