[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Regarding order number#[protected] and Sub Order Number#84380663

I have shopped more than 60 items in last 2-3 months from HS18. Sometime had some small issue, but they fixed it. This is regarding order number#[protected] and Sub Order Number#84380663 placed on Aug 5th 2014. On Aug 18th, I got an email that your order has been cancelled due to some courier issue and you will be refunded here. I called 12-15 time to understand the problem, but always the customer care executive does not have any relevant information and they simply read the case update(whatever were mentioned in the same email). I talked to one of the supervisor as well, and he assured that he will look into the matter. Now I am explaining the reason why I don’t want the refund whereas want the item. The item I ordered is cost Rs. 3372 but I ordered that for Rs. 1304 using some promo code. Now they have cancelled the order and processed my refund of Rs 1304(still not credited to my bank). Now they want me to place the order again, if I want. But Now if I place the order for the same item, I have to pay Rs 3372, I am not getting the item for Rs. 1304, so why will I pay extra, where I already placed successful order for Rs 1304. And the next thing is, I had placed 3 items from the same seller in last week and all those item got delivered in 2 days only then what happened this time with courier. This is impossible and unbelievable, if all 60 different item ordered can be delivered to my place then why not this one. And if there is some item which cannot be deliver to certain zip code, then it says you in the order page itself and won’t allow you to order. But in my case order were placed successfully and whenever I called for the shipment status, I was told, it is delayed but will be delivered to you shortly. NOW I UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS IS HS18 CHEATING, THEY ARE SEEING THAT I GOT THE ITEM COST RS 3372 AT RS 1304, THEY MIGHT HAVE CANCELED THIS ORDER.BUT PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE MOST LOVED/LIKED ITEM I ORDERED. I want this item back to shipped my place, I won’t accept the refund. If I don’t get this item, then definitely myself and family friends associated to me are going to stop shopping from HS18 and we will simply destroy our long running relationship. Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation. This is definitely not the level of service we wish to provide our customer's.
However as per the update, refund has already been processed on 19th Aug through RR # MHDF[protected] and amount will reflect in the account within 4-5 working days.

HI HS18 Team,
I think, after writing and calling several time, you have not understand my concern yet!

I DONT WANT MY MONEY BACK. I want that product at Rs.1304.

SO reordered/do something to send that item to me ASAP and I will pay COD for that, or give me some Coupon code, which I can apply to that item which will make it available to but at Rs 1304.
