I have purchased a Penta tab (Penta dual sim dual core calling tablet u 2013 call pro+blue- IMEI number [protected])through order no.[protected] dated[protected] sub order no.[protected] invoice no . TARA[protected] dated[protected]. The Penta tab is not working properly from the very first day. About the problem we inform the concern and I got the address of local service center, Jabalpur (M.P.) I deposited tab to local service center, Jabalpur (M.P.) on[protected] after a long time I got back the Tab but problem was not removed. So I again deposited tab to local service center, Jabalpur (M.P.) on[protected] two time local service center has sent this tab to you ) and again after a long time I received the Tab but problem is going continue. Your product have a critical problem its calling function is very very poor and I am suffering since July 2015 it is very long time .I request you kindly send me a new TAB. Thanks.
