I Receieved Defective mobile set Karbon a90 from homeshop18.I have returned this set to homeshop18 on dated 27 Nov 2014.But yet i have not received any call even i ahve called many times.No refund action is performed by homeshop18.I want to got courier charges also. Hi,
I want to inform you that i have purchase jewellery set form home shop 18 and when i receive the product (21 nov-14) and i was complaining next day for quality issue and refund my money back but till know i called many time is home shop 18 customer care and talk with senior also but they always said with in 24 hrs and 48 hrs to pickup product return and return your money but today is 12-12-14 no buddy pickup the product and not give money back i relay bed experience with home shop 18 and i never purchase again and never suggest to other purchase form them .
