Homeshop18 — regarding refund of a damaged product | |||
It is the most bitter and disappointing experience shopping with Homeshop18. I have purchased many products worth thousands of rupees. Two products received were damaged. One product for which I logded a complaint on 6th June 2014, I have not received any positive response till date. Different people are connected and the whole story has to be told again and again, a new complaint number is given every time with the promise that within 48 hours a courier executive will collect the product from your side and refund will be done within seven days. But today is the 9th Aug' 14 and I am told to courier the product myself. I advise every one to think twice before ordering anything from Homeshop18. Was this information helpful? | |||
