[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Regarding Refund of HomeShop Order No:[protected]

I have Booked Spice Dual Sim Smart phone from HomeShop18 on dated : 26 July 2014 which is delivered by HomeShop18 on 28 July 2014 and i have paid the said amount through HDFC credit Card.
Due to some Technical fault on Phone .I have returned the phone to HomeShop18 within buyback period and HomeShop18 received the on same on 1 August 2014.
I am continuously chasing with HomeShop18 for last 3 month on both by contacting Call center No: [protected] and through Mail, but didn't get any response .
Now i am totally frustrated with HomeShop18 and i want action against.HomeShop18 for the delay in Refund process against HomeShop18 Order No:[protected]
