This is Gaurav Kumar Vishnoi, I have placed one order (Order No:[protected] on Homeshop18 and product was delivered to me on 15.04.2015. on the same day, I have raised the complaint (Complaint No:[protected] for return of the product to the customer care. Unfortunately, No action is taken from your team till now. This is really very bad experience with Homeshop18. Before buying the product, your customer care executive was committed for refund or replacement of product. If the product is not usable then the why the customer is responsible for that. Please check your recording and then get back to me.
