[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Rejecting Return request on filmsy grounds. | |
Pathetic return process of HomeShop18. Placed an order (order id- [protected]) for 7 pc non stick cookware but as soon as I received it, I decided to return it as the size was too small. This was the first time I ordered on homeshop18 & it might be the last time also. Initially I called on 12th September itself on [protected]. The call continued for 49 seconds before getting disconnected automatically. Then I called again on 15th morning & the executive told me that she was registering the complaint. But when I called them today the HomeShop18 people straightway said that they can't help me since its more than 48 hours & if I had called even on 15th sep by evening, they would have registered the complaint. When I told them that I had called they said there is no record for any call. What a cheap way of rejecting a return complaint. This is quite unprofessional of a company that promises so much in its TV ads. when I posted the issue on their facebook page, they assured me of resolving the issue but even after more than 7 days, no one has contacted me yet.
