[Resolved] Homeshop18 — (Re:Payment adjustment not done) | |||
This is the second time we are filing a complaint for the same product, for which the query has not been clarified yet. The first complaint goes like this- 'We ordered for an indo-western outfit, then asked for replacement that very day of receiving the product. The product was picked from my house after more than 2 weeks, and it has already been more than 2 months and we have not received our product. We have called more than 10 times but we only got false promises and till now we have not received our product. We asked the costumer helpline people to at least send an SMS regarding the status of our product but we did not receive that even. We have never seen an online shopping company showing such negligence and lack of interest to a regular customer. Please help as soon as possible, for we have waited for more than 2 months. My email account is [protected]@gmail.com Phone no.: [protected]' We did receive a call which was not at all helpful, so we called the helpline no. And had a talk with the senior who told us to wait for sometime as the company will send an email regarding the details for refund through cheque but we still did not receive it. The complaint was filed to homeshop18 regarding the replacement of product on 25th September and it is December now, but we still have no clear answer regarding the replacement/refund. We would like to get the refund as soon as possible (through cheque) for we have already waited too long. Please help ASAP ... Was this information helpful? | |||
