i purchase a LAVA W520 Wife router cum battery power bank with order no.[protected] dated 12.9.2014, but internet dongle not connected in wife router, so i go to customer case of LAVA and give product for solve the problem, after 15 day LAVA place to new delivery order to me. (D.O.no.[protected] dated 26.12.2014).
so i again call to HS18 and said about DO. Company take old piece and send a new piece with new order no.[protected] dated 5.2.15.
now problem is that there is a no new piece delivered it is my old piece was again send to me.
i attech both Retail bill copy and DO copy of LAVA. My Mo.No is +[protected]
