Homeshop18 — replacement for mobile phone

i have recieved the spice phone on 18th march. but after delevery the phone has not working due too batery .because the batery is failer . i have to complained many times but there is no better respoce by the custmer care .i want to exchange my hand set and i request for this but can't take action by the custmer care ...plzz help
