[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Replacement issue with LAVA smart phone | |
I have bought a LAVA IRIS smartphone from Homeshop18 in december 2013. After 7 months the phone developed a network problem. I gave the phone at the nearest lava service center and then returned it after 20 days with a DOA letter saying the phone is not repairable and you will be provided a brand new handset from the buyer. Kindly send it to the buyer with DOA letter. I called homeshop18 from 19th sept 2014 to arrange a reverse pickup and provide a new handset. But till today there is no specific date to provide new handset.
