Homeshop18 — replacement of damaged nayasa multi utility rack

i orderd nayasa multi utility rack on 21 nov.order no.[protected].and i received my product on 25 nov.but i received a damaged piece and i complaint for replacement .complaint no.[protected].but my complaint is not complete till 14 dec.please help me...
