[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Replacement of defective Spice-436 phone purchased from Home Shop 18 | |||
Sir I want to share with you the harassment done with me by the Home Shop 18 for not replacing the product and making false excuses. I have placed my order with Home Shop18 on 5th August 2014 for purchase of Spice -436-Blue mobile phone vide my order No.[protected]. I have received my Spice -436-blue mobile phone on[protected], but I found that it is having manufacturing defects i.e. Mic & speakers problems, etc. I have informed to home shop-18 on 10-08-14 they told me that You can contact the Spice Service Centre. I rushed to Spice Service Centre on 11th August and there I was told that the mobile set is having some technical problems and is to be sent to the Company and all the accessories with box are required to be deposited. I again rushed to the Spice Service Centre on 12th August and deposited all the accessories and take the receipt. The Spice Service Centre registered my complaint and agreed for replacement and issued me a D.O. letter on[protected] and sealed packed all the accessories of the product I received from Home Shop 18 and asked me to contact Home Shop 18. Thereafter I contacted the representatives of Home Shop 18 on 12-08-14. Many times I called home shop18 but every time they assure me that the representative from Aramax Courier company will reach me within 2 to 3 days and pick up the defective mobile for replacement, but no one ever since reached to me so far. Every time I call customer care of Home Shop 18 they extend their promise for 2 to 3 days, I am fed up of these false promised and can’t wait their liars. It seems they are befooling me On19th August I contacted Home shop18, and they asked to mail the copy of the DO letter issued by the Spice Service Centre. (Had they told be earlier, I could send the same on 12th August itself) . Even though relying on them I mailed the copy of the DO letter along at the E-mail ID [protected]@homeshop18.com and issued me a reference no. 570463. No reply of my mail was sent. On 20th of August I resend the mail but even though no reply was sent. I am fed up by the false promises made by the Home Shop 18 and suffering mental and financial harassment by them. I have invested Rs.3999/- to them by I was not able to use the phone even for a single day as it was defective. I therefore, request you to kindly take appropriate steps and guide me so that I may get full justice and help me from my mental and financial agony. I am attaching herewith the copy of the bill received from Home Shop 18 and the DOA letter received from Spice Service Centre for replacement.
