Homeshop18 — Replacement of ordered item not yet received | |||
We had ordered American diamond's pendant + mangalsutra + 1 bangle(Order number :[protected] and received the same on 1st of October 2014. On receiving we found that the size of bangle was different and small so we registered a complaint on the same day i.e. 1st of October 2014 to replace the same. (Complaint number :[protected]. The product was returned to the HomeShop18's executive on 9th of October 2014. Its been more than 1 month, 23 days now and we still have not received the replacement. However we have received a message regarding the dispatchment of the replaced product on 10th of October 2014 (Ref No :[protected] and AWD no :[protected]. But still not physically received the order. We have called many times and also registered a complaint for the delay of the product. The response by the executives is the same always, they put our call on hold for 4-5 minutes and then say it will be delivered in 2 working days every time the call costs more than 5 Rs.
