I am Mrs. Aruna Anam.
I had ordered the above product on 29-Nov, 2014 and it was delivered after 2-3 days.When I opened the product I found a defect and immediately called for replacement of the product and they assured me that my product will be replaced.After that I called many times and they replied that they will call back in 24-48 hours.But I never received any follow up from them.My complaint no is[protected] and till now i didn't get any follow up from them and neither is my product replaced.
