[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Return not initiated been 2 months now | |||||
I ordered one 33 Pc Storage Set order no[protected] dated 29-Jul-16. The order came defective, as only 1 container came defective we asked for only a partial exchange but the executives requested us to allow for a full exchange. Finally the product was picked on 5-Sep-16 for exchange, now its been about 2 months I have not received anything neither the product nor the money. I have been continuously trying to reach by call, all the time the executives say that they have forwarded my complaint and it will be resolved within next two days. The behavior of the executives is also so unprofessional that even today I called them and asked the reason for delay they are with the same words "wait for 2-3 days". Even I tried to reach the senior team they are so rude that they disconnect call on your face. Today I talked to Miss Rimjhim from "Escalation Team" (this was how she introduced herself). I have been a loyal customer with so many orders from homeshop18, today Miss Rimjhim disconnected the phone on my face. She didn't even resolved my problem, I really didn't liked this behavior and this is not what is expected from you guys. Please resolve my trouble. Was this information helpful? | |||||
