Dear Have purchase an "swipe dual swim dual core tablet" from homeshop18 with refernce to order number[protected] and sub order number 88814847, as i have received the order on sunday 5th oct and i found that tablet is continously gets restart as i have complaint against the product (abt return of money)on the same day with complaint number case id number[protected], still after 8days i am waiting for a call from there side as i have call them around 30 times and getting repeteadly same response from there side that "our techinacal team will look over the issue and will contact in other 48 hours" as i have purchase the product to guft someone in diwali Request you to please look over the issue and kindly help me so that i can get revert my money before diwali Regards Ranjan Bajpai 91-[protected] | Was this information helpful? | |||

• Write a complaint letter mentioning the order number on it
