I am Anjali Kumari from gurgaon, I had order a Gold-plated Pendant Set By Luxor Order Number Product Description Payment Option Order Value (Rs.[protected]Gold-plated Pendant Set By LuxorCredit Card (Visa/Master)508.0 Product Image in this link: https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/HomeShop18 this product`s colour is green colour, but I received Brown Colour. I Called to cutomer care Executive on 05/March /2014 at 9.555 AM, One the Executive Mr Rohit Received the call he talked with me very rudly when i tolded him I want to talk your senior Mr Rohit putted me on hold for more than 15 minites after that one of the senior executive recived the call and same rude behaviour received from senior officer .
