I had ordered a loveu sale trouser on 13th feb 2015.My order no is[protected].I had ordered a balck trouser and i was being delivered a olive colour trouser.Since 13th feb i have called around five times and spoken to your staff.everytime i am being told that within 72 hours you willl get a call.its been 240 hours only i have called and not homeshop.your person says after 72 hours a courier boy will collect the trousers from you and at that time i want get the replacement.again it would take 72 hours to get the right product.this is your policy. I would strongly recommend you people to adopt the business model of flipkart.this is the first time i purchased from homeshop and i am literally irritated.after sales service is so horrible. making policy does not builds a business, serving customers builds it.with my experience i can understand why people dont prefer homeshop. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible and if possible replace the product simultaneously when the courier boy comes top pick the defective product. Was this information helpful? | |||
