[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Shipment Not Received | |||
I had ordered "Berg Electric Tandoor" on http://www.homeshop18.com, order number: "[protected]" on 28/Jan/2014 for Rs:2999/-. paid through credit card. The website shows that on 31/Jan/2014 the product has been delivered. But I didnot receive the product. On calling up customer care, the representative informed me the product will be delivered soon. I waited for couple of days, called up again, this time representative informed me that product has been delivered on 31/Jan/2014 itself. I logged a complaint and after several days, they sent me the trip sheet of the courier. I was shocked to find that somebody has signed in my name. It is a clear case of forgery. I have requested homeshop18 to take strict action against the courier company. But till date no action has been taken. Looks like I have lost my amount (Rs:2999/-). The ticket numbers are given below: 95548061, 96861915. I hope Homeshop18 is professional enough to refund my money back or send me the product. Regards, Anish Was this information helpful? | |||

The complaint is resolved. The customer representative called up after 2-3 days after I raised the complaint in this site. Homeshop18 now agreed that the product has been misplaced by courier and refunded my entire amount of Rs:2999/- on 12/Mar/2014. Thanks. | |||
