I placed an order (order no. is [protected] & Suborder number[protected] with Homeshop18 on 13 June 2018 for two numbers Swipe Konnect Prime 4G Dual SIM Android Mobile Phone (Product Code:[protected] each priced at Rs. 3399/-. Total order value is Rs. 6, 798/-.
The order was delivered to me on 18 June 2018. Homeshop18 delivery team insisted me to pay only cash. Hence, I paid Rs. 6, 798 and received the order. After opening the box, I found that there was only 1 phone instead of 2. Immediately I spoke to Homeshop18 and raised a complaint as attached. Since then, Homeshop18 is giving me some reason and not delivering the short supply of 1 phone nor providing me the refund.
Hence, I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and give necessary instructions to Homeshop18 to have this resolved IMMEDITELY.

Surprising! for the first time Homeshop18 called me today (after I lodged this complaint on 19 July 2018).
Ms. Meenu Malhotra called on my mobile phone and gave the same kind of assurance as I am getting by email.
Definitely, this progress has only because of the intervention of this Indian Consumer Complaints forum.
Shall definitely update after resolution of this long pending issue.
