[Resolved] Homeshop18 — silkpro n hair removal system | |||
Hi, One more product one more same story, Its almost more than a month now, since I register complaint for faulty product. I don't understand why you take customer for granted once you get money. My hair removal is not working after using two times, blades are not functioning properly moreover shaver screen are coming out from blade. Machine body works on its own moods, its hardly works. Tool frame didn't fit properly on machine body. Literally feeling annoying now. Have called so many times to customer executive every time I just get assurance that it will be replaced in 2-3 days... 2-3 days, but the day never came, even when I ask for service center number I got only one reply "Sorry Mam we don't have their numbers" These are my complaint number[protected] and[protected] and order number[protected] anyways no issue as it will going to be my last product from Home shop18, I really fed up, Flipkart, Jabong are far more better than homeshop18 . They value their customer a lot, First of all they never send any faulty product and even if they send they replace it with 3 business day at anyhow. I couldn't understand why again 72 hours??. Guys what you were doing from past one month !!!
You guys were waiting let the customer get frustrated first and write in consumer forum then we will take action.
I hope you got the answer now, difference between you and other (Flipkart Jabong),
After hearing again 72 hours, everyone now get an idea that you were literally sleeping from past one month.
