Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that, I have purchased a Roti Maker on dated 29.11.2015 and the order no[protected] and i received the product on 07.12.2015 . After Checking the problem, the product is not properly working. Many times I have been complaint regarding my product. therefore, I received a call after the next day of complaint, and your customer care told to pack the product and the company employee will receive the product after providing the slip of company. Still I am waiting for your employee to received the product This is my mistake to purchase a product from your company. I am very disappointed of your services. If any information you want. I have purchased roti maker of smart life brand from home shop18...it is not working properly...none of the results match the demo shown on tv...moreover home shop is not taking any responsibilty of it...the brand contact number is fake even the brand too...
Dont trust...
