I purchased a new mobile from homeshop18 spice m-6125 and agter receiving it it doesnot support any memory cards and doesn't open any files such as photos videos music etc. what kind of products are they selling ??and after complaining about it they don"t refund it...very poor services and very disgusting people.this is not the way we are a customer and we are treated in such a way.mr. atul mathur the escalation head of the team says that it won"t be refundable so what should i do ?i am not happy with this product?who will return my money back now... regards shagun
