I ordered one Spice Mobile M6112(Silver) through you on 17/01/2015. Though it was to be delivered within 4 days, it was delivered on 23/01/2015. As per the instruction on their manual I charged the mobile for 4 hours initially. When I saw that the battery was not charged completely, I charged it again for another hour. But the Battery indicator showed incomplete charge. So I called your Toll free number on 25/01/2015 (within the stipulated 48 hours) and complained to them about it. The complaint No. is[protected]. They said that your representative would come and collect the said mobile and would check the defect and replace the mobile if found defective. It has been now 12 days since the complaint was lodged and even after reminder after reminder, no one has come to collect the defective mobile. And your Feedback team has sent a note that my complaint was late and hence could not be entertained. This is totally nonsense. I must inform you that you have given 2 different order no.s for the same product. The original invoice sent with the Mobile mentioned the order no. as[protected] and your mail to me mentioned the order no. as[protected]. Since I was in urgent need of a Mobile for my personal use, I had ordered the mobile through you. Now I am in spot. Please resolve the problem at the earliest.
