[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Spice mobile purchased mi516 model pending repair

I have purchased a spice mobile with model no mi516 through your home shop 18 online booking as per order no[protected] invoice date 11 oct 2014 . Soon after 1month 15 days i had problem with the mobile for which i had given to the service center at hyderabad on 22 dec 2014 at sri mobile service center hyderabad, telangana state. They have told me to wait for 15 working days which have been completed and they have prolonged for one more week . I have contacted the home shop 18 call center who advised to book a complaint to you for follow up with spice mobile center. My mobile ime12/meid2 no [protected] and service request no 36100886ec0069 . The problem comment given in service request letter is " charging showing but not charging full and vibration while receiving phone".
I request you to follow up with spice service mobile center and help me to obtain the same at the earliest or else replace me with a new mobile. Kindly send me your reply to my mail address " [protected]@yahoo.com" or "padma.[protected]@gmail.com" as early as possible.
