Homeshop18 — Supply of Defective Induction Cook Top | |||
Ref. Order No[protected] ; Complaint no[protected] I have placed the order for Crystal Classic Induction Combo over telephone on 19.04.2015 on homeshop18. The order was delivered at my address at Sector-23, Noida today on 22.04.2015. However, when I checked the Crystal Induction cooktop, I find that the same was not working properly and was defective. I immediately registered the complaint for either return of the defective product or refund of my money. Now the service centre people are saying that I will have to courier the defective product back to them at a given address. It is quite surprising that while selling the product, it was delivered at my residence by homeshop18 and while returning the defective product, I have to go to courier agency along with the heavy weight parcel for returning the product to homeshop18 at my own risk and expenses. The homeshop18 and its management is cheating the innocent consumers by giving false lucrative offers and selling them the garbage. They should be held liable for their cheating practices and punished accordingly. I request that my hard earned money should be returned to me by homeshop18 immediately otherwise I have to seek assistance from Court of Law. Was this information helpful? | |||
