Homeshop18 — Surya 3 burners gas stove - sz-r1 replacement not received

Hi team,

I am writing this in regards to my order with homeshop 18. Order no.[protected] placed dated 18th may 2016 for surya 3 burners gas stove - sz-r1 (Seller: n p enterprises). And delivered on 26th may 2016 and is received by suraj.

The order which i received initially was damaged the glass top on the burner was broken. So as adviced by the customer service executive for home shop 18, i had to ship the damaged burner on the below mentioned address.

Which i did on 4th of may 2016. Since then i have no clue whts happening with my order i have been calling np enterprises for long. But did not get any proler response from them. The onky thing i knw is they have received the damaged goods.

Could you plese help me with this.
