Sir i buy a tab from homeshop18 with turm and condition that any fault of this product will return/replace information give us within 48 hours. as mantion below on bill. product (tab) has poor battry backup and also poor working. so i complain of this product within 24 hours . but company not refund this product. customer executive tell us to send this by currior survice at given address . and get equall amount coupan code and use it to buying other product. i want my money back. in my bank account. but customer executive says money will not return Was this information helpful? | |||||
