I ordered a product with Homeshop18 a few months back. The product that
was delivered was not as they mentioned on their advertisement, so, I
returned that. The product was returned last month, but they have
neither confirmed return receipt nor they have processed refunds. I am
constantly following to their call center, and everytime they mention
that it will be processed in next 4 days. So, after 4 days, if I take a
follow up with them, they say that this time it will be surely done in
next 10 days. But they don't care giving me a call back if they delay
