[Resolved] Homeshop18 — They send us defected piece and refusing to replace | |||||
Product detail:{ Product id[protected], Order id-[protected], } I had ordered a product and received it on 6/sept/2016 at 4:00pm. I found defects on those product and within half an hour, i asked the customer care to replaced but they refused to do so but as written on the website it can be replaced within 48 hours.
