Homeshop18 — Unable to on tablet,low camera quality

Dear home shop team I bought a ubislate 7" tablet on 20th(received via courrier).The camera quality is poor in compare to other brand & the major concern is i am unable to on this tablet so i want to return this tablet & want to back my money5999. i have already regusted a complaint against this to ur home shop team. they told me that ur service team will contact me within 48 hour which is too much late.
