Homeshop18 — Very poor service | |||||
My name is Jayashree. I bought a hot and lock microsafe 5 piece casserole from homeshop18 on 4th August order no[protected] . The product was recd by 8th August on the same day I called them stating that of the lid is broken, so they promised to send a new lid. On 13th August I recd the replacement lid. I had ordered white casserole and they send me a red replacement lid. So after trying to reach them via help desk number several times, submitted a ticket to return the product on 24th August. I did not even receive a call back or email reply against my ticket. So I lodged another ticket to which I got a reply saying that they are closing my duplicate ticket and they r working to resolve my complaint. Again I did not receive any info against my original ticket. So this time again I tried to call. This time the call was picked and tranferred twice to the (as per them )correct person named Alok. Who just kept saying that the product cannot be returned and I cannot be refunded. Not happy with the service. I have ended by with a defective product with a wrong replacement and had to pay full amount with delivery. I am not happy with the product and as I am going to leave the country, I cannot wait for the correct replacement. I am not happy with the service and not sure whom to ask for help or how to resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
