[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Very, very poor service - abusive language | |||
Hi I am really surprised to see the customer service my Homeshop18.This is one of the worst services I have ever came across. I order two products and they both were defective. I have been calling Homeshop since 5 days and the team was not filing my request, after when they filed it they told me that there will be a reverse pickup after two day when I call them again I was made aware that there is no reverse parcel facility at my place. I m now asked to send these 6 Kg of parcel back to homeshop 18. is this some joke . I am really paranoid and disgusted with the services. This is the last time I am shopping with Homeshop 18 and will ensure that neither my relatives nor friens do business wd Homeshop ever again.
