[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Worst Customer service

I have ordered Mobile cover in the month of may 2014, After great struggle i have received the product after 1 month, that too wrong item which i have ot ordered. o again i called them and returned the product back and requested for the item ordered, . Again after a great struggle of 15 days i received same product which i have sended back. [censored] homeshoppe i felt. After that i registerd many complaint numbers but none of them solved . Now i decided never to buy in homeshoppe and i suggest my frns and relstives too. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

sir, i have bought men's kurtha one is rpg ang one is zion from HOMESHOP18, BUT TO MISMATCH OF PRODUCT ORDERED AND DELIVERED I RETURNED IT BACK AND GAVE THE COURIER DETAILS, THEY HAVE EVE CALLED ME SINCE THE DATE I SENT IT BACK NOR ANY UPDATES DURING THE TIME OF COURIERING THE PDT I ASKED THEM ABOUT THE COURIER CHARGES, THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND IT...AND AFTER THAT NO UPDATES FROM THEM EVER ..NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON CALLED AND TALKED TO ME ABT THE PROBLEM, THE COURIER CHARGES NOW THEY SAY ONLY 10 PERCENT OF AMT WILL BE RETURNED ...AFTER CONTIOUS FOLLOW UP NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE AND SERVICE SUPERVISORS ARE WORST, AND THEY DONOT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE OR HANDLE A COMPLAINT...MY ORDER NO:[protected], THE SERVICE MANAGER SAYING THAT HE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING AND SEE WAHT EVER YOU WANT...WORST WEBSITEOR ONLIN EPORTAL I LOST RS.800 BECAUSE OF THAT..THANK GOD THEY PAID ME BACK THE MATERIAL VALUE ORDERED

My rating is 0 not even 1 . This company seems to be doing fraud daily .

I just purchased cole tummy tucker it's not the right size I want to exchange it or get my money refunded... I had called your customer care he gave me my complaint number...
Then I got a call from from ur customer care asking whether I tired the product is the tag intact and which size I want and then finally he says he can't get it exchanged... What rubbish I paid 1000 buck for it i[censored] can't exchange it y do u guy's sell it...
I want my product exchanged

But when i have not even tried it... the tag are intact where does hygiene issue come in the picture after seeing the product itself i realized it not meant for me i have paid 1000 bucks for it.
