[Resolved] Homeshop18 — wrong order received | |||
I have a complaint against Homeshop18 regarding a service what they are providing to their costumers. My order no is[protected] and order date is 28th Sep'14. I have received a wrong order and the products are in very damaged condition. I have got another Retail Invoice by the name Mr.Ratan Jogi in the same packet of carton. This is very shame ful that you people making your customers FOOL and wasting their time. Second thing is i have ordered this on 28th Sep14 and i received the order on 8th Oct14 after 10 days as i talked to your executive he logged a complaint and the complaint no is[protected] and the whole process will take more than a week this means that i have have to wait for another 10days. My overall experience with HOMESHOP18 is really bad and unsatisfactory. Thanks for your support Was this information helpful? | |||

I have only placed one order with Homeshop18 and experience for that was good. Would suggest that you wait a few days if there is no response from them then ask for their escalation matrix. That normally works with all e-tailing sites.
Would also suggest for hassle free replacement try out Infibeam, Flipkart and Amazon. Had a problem with a few products on all three sites and they provided me with resolution in a very good manner and in good time.
