[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Wrong product delivered and poor customer service | |||
I have ordered a set of sarees from homeshop18 TV channel over phone. Sarees delivered were not the one I have ordered and quality was also very poor. I tried to call the same number [protected], but it was disconnected every time with a message 'call blocking issue'. I struggled to search customer care number in there site... finally when I got the number, they said 48 hours crossed so we can not initiate return. They do not have any work around service if customer was not able to contact them for complain. DO NOT buy anything from homeshop18. Quality is not as good as they shows in TV and have pathetic customer care service and return policies. Was this information helpful? | |||
