The product that was ordered was a set of 03 non stick fry pans with 02 detachable handles 02 lids and some spoons to be used for cooking.One of the pans was a square girdle which could be used for giving a grilling effect.the brand name was Essenza.
The pans that were delivered were only 02in number
the delivery was promised within 3 days, which was not done on time again, time being a constraint because i needed to bring the pans with me to Dubai, as i am a resident of Dubai.since they were not delivered on time, it could not be identified that a wrong product had been delivered.
My mother who is residing in Delhi, called up the helpline number and she was informed that nothing can be done now, as a complaint can be made only within 02 days of delivery of the product.
I flew back to Dubai on the 11th of November, the product had not reached even by then.
What is the credibility of your service and how and what can you do to resolve this issue?
