Homeshop18 — Wrong product was delivered and complaint not resolved even after 20 days | |||
I have ordered a Puma Stallion Shoes from Home Shop18 of Size 7. But received of size 8. It is now more than a month and I am still calling regularly to get it replaced but non one came for pickup of the product. Every time I am given assurance that someone will come in next 24 hours to 3 working days and a new replacement will be sent with in 7 days. Every time I call I talk to a new customer care representative who commits for next 3 days for pick and assures me that it will definitely happen. Was this information helpful? | |||
