Homeshop18 — Xolo Cube is hanging a lot and camera is not upto the mark, actually it is worse

My product Xolo Cube
According to feature the mobike should have a front camera quality of 5 mega pixels and rear should be 8 mega pixels but when I looked at the camera and picture quality it was even worse than 2 mega pixels.
And the phone is hanging a lot!!
The phone is actually iritating.
I want to return and refund my money.
Please respond as soon as it is possible!!

When I got the product I found that the front camera was already damaged, it appears to be that the camera lens got burnt and the phone is hanging a lot. And the phone is totally irritating me. So, I want to return and refund this product.
