Hi I got zen android mobile on 20th sept 2016. The charging and start button of the mobile was.not working. I complained to customer care but they denied to replace the product. I was said to talk.with zen care. Again I force and raise question of consumer right then the customer care executive told me that soon courier boyw will go to ur home . You give the product to him . we will replace it. I said to send him miromax convass whose extra amount I will pay in cash but he denied. Till now no one has come to my home.
