[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Zomo Zc702 tablet | |||
Zomo Tablet was ordered online thru HomeShop18 in august. but it got burst by itself after using for 2 months. after calling customer care daily from last few weeks nd spending 400 rs on calls; the HS18 staff is not ready to take necessAry steps/actions or guide thru the process. They have Very bad attitude. We called several times but no good response. The buyer is a poor and had trusted HS18 but is now very disappointed. If the complain is not taken then the matter will be escalated. The tablet exploded for no reason. It has to be replaced with a new Tablet; and also the manufacter should be made aware of this incident. I am attaching all the necessAry images. Was this information helpful? | |||
