I am Levi saini! I ordered TVC chocolate Facial Kit from Homeshop18 on date 3 Nov 2015 . order number:[protected] First of all they sent me product way later than mentioned delivery date and on acceptance I found that they sent me all wrong kit from what I ordered. I communicated with them on phone and they asked me to ship it back to get refund. I spent another 200 rupees to ship it back they got the product back on Nov 19 2015 . I communicated them many time for refund but this company have refused to refund my hard earned money and stolen it and stolen the product too. This is one of cheater company . If there is anyone reading this email and have power to get my money from these people, Kindly help me out .
