Homeshop18.com — wrong item received and no refund

order number: [protected] order date: Friday, November 22, 2013 i ordered ozone bullet dust bin and they sent me ozone standard bin with a big scratch on it completely different product. i have complained and they promised resolution via tickets 92080163, 91617231 and 91392935. still unresolved. been 1 month. i requested refund like a month ago.
