HomeShopZone — Cheated by homeshopzone (e - commerce website) under fraud

I j bose, resident of kolkatta, made a purchase for an hp 3545 all-in - one printer through an online e-commerce website namely homeshopzone on 19 may 2016 vide order no - # 1898 for which i paid through rs.4, 125.00 was spent to axis bank credit card on 19-may-2016 time 11:17:46 am at homeshopzone e billing solutions (Ebs) pvt ltd (Merchant payment gateway),. As soon as the order was placed i recived an e-mail which confirmed sucessful placement of my order and the billing address. But till date, i have not received the product or any feedback from the online sailer. I send so many emails and phone call but they cant revert my email or attend my call properly. They cant told me their registered office address also ask him so many times. I tried my best to contact them but failed completely. But their website still active and their customer care no[protected] from which they used to call me earlier is switched off permanently. Another number is[protected] which is working in daytime
Therefore this is simply case of fraud and cheating.

So i requested to look out this matter and logged my complaint urgent basis and please investigate the fraud and cyber crime committed by homeshopzone with the help of axis bank credit card department immediately and help us and the public at large so that no one can be cheated further and we will be able to get our refund.
